The existing site currently serves as a community facility housed in a portacabin. As the community has grown, so has the need for a larger, more functional space. This project responds to that need, transforming the site into a contemporary brick building that blends community spaces with residential units.
The new structure showcases a design, characterized by clean lines, warm brick tones, and expansive windows that create a bright, open atmosphere, harmonizing with the surrounding architecture. The building positively contributes in the scale and character of the neighbourhood, enhancing the area's overall visual appeal.
Sustainability is central to the design, with energy-efficient materials and smart technologies ensuring the building is environmentally responsible. The result is a dynamic space that balances aesthetics with practical, flexible areas—offering a fresh, future-proof addition to the growing community.
